Tuya is a smart home platform that allows devices to be controlled and automated through a mobile app. Tuya devices can be programmed to light up based on various triggers such as time of day, motion detection, or other environmental factors. PIR (Passive Infrared) sensors are commonly used in motion-activated lighting systems. When a PIR sensor detects motion, it sends a signal to the connected light fixture to turn on. This allows the light to only be activated when there is movement in the sensor's detection range, helping to conserve energy and provide security lighting when needed. **

However, if rechargeable batteries are not available or practical, using standard single-use batteries is still a better option than not using any batteries at all. It's important to consider the environmental impact and choose the most sustainable option whenever possible. **
